The Board of Directors of CTS is pleased to announce that M. Yvan Beaudoin has joined the CTS as board member. Mr. Yvan Beaudoin is President and CEO of Thorasys Inc., a company working in the field of respiratory function evaluation. Previously, Yvan Beaudoin was President of the CTS where he provided the selected companies with his expertise in marketing mainly in international markets. His in-depth knowledge of the medical technology field will be an important asset within the Board.

Mr. Yvan Beaudoin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Toronto. Passionate leader who did his mark in the business development and the commercialization of technological products in the world markets, he worked several years in Europe and the United States. He has significant experience in financing start-ups and has contributed to the success of several transactions such as the acquisition of Orthosoft by Zimmer and that of Maetta by FLextronics.
