Andrew Keenan, is currently the Global Practice Lead Venture Capital with Global Affairs Canada.  The focus of this role is to guide the implementation of Global Affairs Canada venture capital strategy which is focused on leveraging the Global Affairs network to support Canadian venture capital funds in attracting investment from foreign limited partner investors and supporting Canadian technology companies in securing growth capital investment from foreign VC investors.

Jean-Nicolas Delage is a partner in Fasken Martineau’s Intellectual Property and Information Technology Group. He also co-chairs its Start-Up and Emerging Technologies Group (Montreal office). He provides strategic advice with respect to intellectual property assets through all cycles of growth of emerging companies, from start-up to scale-up, to exit. Jean-Nicolas frequently advises clients in the context of commercial transactions involving intellectual property, including negotiating and drafting cooperation or license agreements as well as conducting due diligence investigations of intellectual property assets.
