Montreal, October 20, 2016 – Rekruti, a company that develops research and recruitment software for medical personnel, is accelerating its growth thanks to the CTS program and the partnership with Desjardins – Innovatech, which invested $ 250,000.
“The CTS ecosystem makes it possible to develop projects quickly and efficiently,” said Luc Lacroix, CEO and founder of Rekruti. The team is passionate and committed to the smallest details to be complementary to the entrepreneurs and actively participates in accelerating the marketing of our product. »
“Recruitment in the medical sector is a subject that has not been approached very much and it is a key element in adapting staff according to needs,” said Guillaume Hervé, Chairman of CTS. Desjardins – Innovatech via the CTS has invested in Rekruti to bring real innovation in this field. ”
Rekruti, founded by Luc Lacroix, Frédéric Brabant (CTO) and Jocelyn Côté (CFO), provides a direct link between employers and employees (temporary and permanent) that meet industry standards. The company has taken advantage of the technological backwardness in this sector, the development of artificial intelligence and the particularly semantic analysis and thus to update the industry of recruitment of clinical resources.
It is with an experienced team of entrepreneurs that Rekruti can develop. In addition to the expertise in semantics, the team has a strong knowledge of the healthcare investment industry. This process, created by the company is automated to 80% allowing better use of recruiters time to facilitate the transaction. Nursewings has two components to offer solutions to employers and clinical resources:
- e-procurement system for permanent placement;
- A market for temporary placement contract.
For employers in the health field it is a technology that makes it possible to find “the needle in a bundle of hay”. One of the main advantages of Rekruti is the contribution of candidates coming from outside the usual research area.
Rekruti is a Canadian software publisher whose mission is to optimize the process of research and recruitment of human resources in the field of health (clinical resources) with structural (sustainable) economies. To achieve this goal, the company has developed an automated system called «Nursewings» (e-procurement) similar to a market where employers and clinical resources meet in an environment that meets industry standards.
CTS is an accelerator of companies in the field of medical technologies which offers them to develop faster and increases their chances of success. The goal of the CTS is to offer start-up companies a unique proposition with structured framework that allows them to focus on developing their technology, reaching market dynamics and gaining the visibility they need to start and develop internationally.
